All returned items must include an RMA number on the outside of all boxes, be carefully packaged in a box so they are not damaged in return shipment, and be in brand new perfect manufacturer's condition to be eligible for a return or exchange, excluding defective products.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Store credit is available to the customer instead of a cash, check or credit card refund to avoid the restock fee.
Any items sent back without an RMA number or in less than perfect condition will be refused and returned to the sender at their cost.
While we do our very best to be prompt in our response, email is not always 100% dependable. If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please resend your email. We can not be responsible for any correspondence that is not received if the correct email address or contact information is not supplied to us.

Any undelivered package returned to Telegato LLC because of an inability for the delivery service to delivery purchased products to the customer, will only receive a refund in the form of store credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping fees for all shipments. If a customer wishes to receive the package again, they will be charged for additional shipping fees. If the customer no longer wishes delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Cancellations after an order has been placed incur a restock fee of no less than 15%.
