Telegato LLC is located in Richardson, Texas (just outside of Dallas).
Shipping rates depend on destination, weight of your order and shipping method. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process. Before you finalize your order you will be presented with the shipping options and charges for your order.
All orders are processed to insure that your products arrive to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Because many items require setup and configuration by us per your instructions, additional time is generally required to perform this task and test your products prior to shipment. We take the utmost care to insure that all products are properly wrapped and sealed to prevent breakage.
- Please note when ordering a product or item listed as backorder or special order only, the entire order will not ship until all items are available, unless special arrangements are made with customer care.
- When calculating delivery times, bear in mind that the day of shipment does not count as business day in transit times. For example, if you select UPS 2nd Day Air and your order ships on Monday, you will most likely receive your order on Wednesday. We ship order Monday thru Friday. Orders placed before 2:00pm Central M-F will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm Central or on Sat or Sun will generally ship the next business day.
- If you need your order by a specific date, it is generally best to call us (972-231-2498) to confirm availability of stock and the best method of shipment to get your order to you on schedule.
- All shipping charges are based on the weight of the items in your order and reflect as close as possible the actual shipping charges for your order.
- Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. UPS Ground provides better tracking and guaranteed delivery times.
- We cannot ship UPS orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. If you, in error, select UPS for your order we will substitute an appropriate shipping method at our discretion and adjust the shipping charges accordingly.
- In order to file a claim regarding a shipment sent via USPS we must be notified within 45 days of the date of shipment if your package has not been received, but no later than 75 days from the date of shipment.
- UPS delivery timeframes are based on business days. UPS Next Day Air means next business day. We do not ship UPS for Saturday delivery.
- We are not responsible for carrier (UPS or USPS) delays including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, grounding of transportation or re-routing of packages.
- Orders lost or returned due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.
- Orders deemed high dollar by our warehouse will be sent with a signature required for delivery. We recommend you have your package shipped to an office or place of business where someone is available to sign for it during normal business hours. If you would like to have your package shipped with a signature required and it is not deemed high dollar, you may do so by remitting the fee charged to us by chosen carrier.
