The Telegato Automated Attendant can be defined via web pages or our powerful scripting language and supports any number of menu levels. It can be tailored to virtually meet any need and changed on the fly.

Prompts can be defined using text-to-speech or audio files. Execution of a menu selection can be defined as:

  • Play an audio message.
  • Execute another menu.
  • Execute a script.
  • Send the caller to an extension, VoiceMail, a hunt group, a ring group, or another menu.

Our powerful scripting language allows the user to perform call control, program navigation, play media such as text-to-speech or audio files, XML, TCP, ODBC, and CSV based functions. True text to speech and well as Speech Recognition are optional.

Additionally, access to all SIP header information is available to our scripting allowing users to extend functionality based on other company's SIP extensions.

Our script writers guide, auto-attendant guide, and attendant console guide total more than 200 pages of useful information and examples. Script writing classes are also available for anyone desiring the ability to write extremely powerful solutions.

Most auto-attendnants can be completely configured in less than 5 minutes using our configuration wizard and require no technical knowledge whatsoever.
